Dark Chocolate & Caramel Cookies
So simple to make with minimal equipment, these cookies will become your ‘go to’ recipe for those sweet treat cravings!
For the Cookies
250g Ground Almonds
75g Buckwheat flour
50g Melted Coconut Oil
85g Maple Syrup
55g Peanut Butter
50g Dark Chocolate
Drop of Vanilla Essence
Pinch of Sea Salt
Raw Bake Station Salted Caramels
Raw Bake Station Snutters
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking parchment.
Place the dark chocolate into a food processor and pulse until broken down but you want some chunks to remain.
Melt the coconut oil in a pan.
Measure out the remaining cookie ingredients into a mixing bowl and pour over the melted coconut oil. Stir to combine.
Spoon the mixture into balls and flatten onto your lined baking tray. Press in – Raw Bake station Salted Caramels or Snutters into the cookie.
Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
